Our commission-free consumer model ensures that drivers receive 100% of the regulated fare, making their work more sustainable. This financial benefit increases driver availability, improving service reliability for customers.
All blackcab.com drivers are licensed by TfL and must maintain valid hire-and-reward insurance at all times.
Revenue Sources
Our revenue will come from three sources (where applicable):
- £2.00 Booking Fee (Registered User)
- Monthly Subscriptions
- Credit Card Processing Fees
Importantly, we guarantee no hidden fees, such as surge pricing, technology fees, or fare inflation beyond the regulated amount set by TfL Transport for London
